We gather your details properly — income, outgoings, credit — so we can give you accurate advice and present you well to lenders.

Agreement in Principle
Your AIP is secured. This is what you show to estate agents when you're making offers — it proves you're a serious buyer.

Property found
Offer accepted — exciting! We move quickly to confirm your mortgage recommendation and get everything prepared for your full application.

Full application
We submit everything to the lender and manage the process — survey, valuation, solicitors — chasing at every stage so you don't have to.

Completion
Keys in hand. You're a homeowner.
